This policy covers the intensive sign-up pages at valoans.thatvaguy.com, run by Mitch Tucker (That VA Guy), a mortgage broker with Edge Home Finance, LLC. It explains what we collect when you sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you type in the form: your first name, email address and, if you choose, your mobile number.
• Whether you checked the box to get text reminders.
• Basic visit details, such as the page you came from, the ad or link you clicked, your browser type and your IP address.

How we use it

• To register you for the intensive and send your confirmation, reminders and the replay.
• To follow up after the intensive if you'd like help with a home loan. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To see which ads and pages work, so we can improve them.

Text messages

If you check the text box, you agree to get text messages from Mitch Tucker and Edge Home Finance about this intensive, sent from 478-887-8387. Expect up to 5 messages per intensive. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Checking the box is not required to sign up.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone else for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the intensive and stay in touch, and only for that purpose:

• Zoom, which hosts the intensive and sends your join link.
• Our email, texting and contact tools, such as Google, Mailchimp and our texting provider.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through its pixel and Conversions API, to measure our ads. Meta receives coded (hashed) versions of your email, phone and name, not the plain text.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Edge Home Finance, LLC, if you ask for help with a loan.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and ad measurement

This site uses Meta's pixel, which sets cookies so we can see whether people who clicked an ad signed up. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or your browser settings.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Reply STOP to any text.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing Mitch@ThatVAGuy.com or calling 478-887-8387.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up information while it's useful for the intensive and any follow-up you ask for, and as long as mortgage record-keeping rules require.

Children

This intensive is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
